We understand that sometimes life happens. Unused vouchers may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if refund criteria ia met, no questions asked. This window ensures you can gift with absolute confidence.
To initiate a refund, simply email our support team with your voucher code or purchase receipt. Once verified, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Swap your skydive for a safari or a quiet staycation. Exchanges for experiences of equal value are always free of charge if unused.
Found something even more exciting? Simply pay the difference to upgrade your voucher to any higher-value experience.
While we strive for total flexibility, certain partner restrictions apply. Theme park tickets and seasonal event bookings are strictly non-refundable once the voucher has been issued.
Vouchers must be valid and unredeemed to be eligible for exchange. Once a booking has been confirmed with a service provider (hotel, tour operator, etc.), their specific cancellation policies will take precedence.
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, bookings can only be exchanged for another experience or converted into a credit note.
